In today's society, many people still use the conventional method
to heal wounds. This method includes the use of gauze, adhesive
strips,… to protect the wound and try to enhance the healing
process. Research, however, has shown that wounds covered with a
hydrogel dressing are kept moist, offering many advantages over
the use of gauze or adhesive strips.
