Unlike traditional methods damaging new surface wound epithelium when removing the secondary dressing, Derma GeL® can be – when needed (**) – covered by a secondary dressing.
Derma GeL®’s protective film will allow the change of the secondary dressing without disturbing / damaging the new layer of epithelial cells.
